# CIMARA Mobile POS for Counterpoint

CIMARA Mobile POS for Counterpoint adds mobile selling to a store that runs NCR Counterpoint. Canonical URL: /cimara-mobile-pos-for-counterpoint. Staff carry CIMARA POS on a handheld, phone, or tablet to the dock, the trailhead, the barn, the event lawn, or the line at the door. Each CIMARA POS device posts to Counterpoint as its own store and station. Counterpoint stays the system of record. Items, prices, and customers stay in the company file you already keep, and the sale goes back to it. CIMARA POS works with both Counterpoint and CIMARA Core.

Reservations, walk-up rentals, merchandise, and food share one checkout. The occupancy timeline shows named units. It runs on most Android and Windows handhelds, phones, and tablets. Card payments run through Fiserv, including chip and tap. CIMARA POS keeps selling offline, and the license has a 30-day offline grace period. The named rental, the merchandise, and the food are lines on one checkout. The guest pays once. CIMARA POS can sell that mix at one package price. A countertop CIMARA POS station is also available as an option.
