CIMARA Core equipment rental software manages named resources, reservations, fleet availability, returns, deposits, and retail in one customer transaction that posts to Counterpoint. Online booking via the embeddable Website Commerce component is in active deployment with early customers. Walk-up reservations continue to be made at the counter. Gift-shop merchandise, sundries, and food sell on that same checkout. A kayak, bike, board, or boat with a dry bag, a snack, or a souvenir sells at one package price. The manager decides in CIMARA Core.

Available today: named resources, walk-up rentals, fleet status, return/extend/exchange, mixed retail. Advance reservations, and a deposit when one is taken, are made at the counter. Online booking via the embeddable Website Commerce component is in active deployment with early customers.
