Self-checkout with CIMARA SCO (Self-Checkout/Kiosk) is the lane for the gift shop and snack bar rush, attended or unattended. CIMARA SCO is live. It works with CIMARA Core and with NCR Counterpoint.

Pricing, promotions, loyalty rewards, and membership discounts apply at the lane, the same member pricing and loyalty as the counter. The lane is licensed per device. CIMARA Essentials stays with CIMARA Core. Payments by Fiserv in the US, Canada, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

CIMARA SCO for Counterpoint (/self-checkout#sco-for-counterpoint) is the same CIMARA SCO lane for a store that keeps NCR Counterpoint as its system of record. Items, prices, promotions, customers, and loyalty come from the Counterpoint company file, and each completed sale posts back to it. Nothing moves to a new back office.

Attendant monitoring, live lane boards, remote hardware health, app-free Scan and Go, cash, multiple languages, and custom branding are the self-checkout lane. Attendant monitoring pricing depends on your setup. Contact for more info.

Merchandise: CIMARA SCO (Self-Checkout/Kiosk) is the lane for the gift-shop rush. Pricing, promotions, loyalty rewards, and membership discounts apply at the lane, the same member pricing and loyalty as the counter. Gift shop items and snacks ring on the same checkout as the rental. CIMARA ticketing sells timed-entry and general admission. Online booking via the embeddable Website Commerce component is in active deployment with early customers. Walk-up reservations continue to be made at the counter. The lane does not. The manager decides in CIMARA Core. Counterpoint is one connection when that company file is already the back office.
