CIMARA is built for venue operators. Merchandise, sundries, food, and rentals ring on one checkout.
Many of these venues run mobile sales points. Sell anywhere on your property, on Wi‑Fi, cellular, or Starlink, with full retail checkout on a handheld. If the connection drops, CIMARA POS keeps selling offline.
CIMARA Rentals covers golf cars, campsites, boat slips, storage, and gear.
Golf Car Rental
Beach-town fleets that deliver to rental homes and condos, campground and RV-resort counters for weekly and seasonal campers, and dealers that sell and rent.
Recreational Equipment
Kayaks, bicycle and e-bike rentals, ATV rentals, snowmobile rentals, boats, and boards — named resources plus merch on the same sale.
Outfitters
Guides, kayaks, bikes, boards, plus tackle and apparel on one checkout. The desk for a mixed outing.

A named site, a golf car for the week or the season, and ice, firewood, and the shop on the same stay. Visitor centers and park concessions run the same checkout.
Ski Shop, Board Rentals, Lift Tickets
One mountain visit: ski/board rental, merch, and food on one checkout. CIMARA ticketing sells lift tickets. Detailed digital waivers are available.
Zoos, Aquariums and Nature Venues
Timed admission, the gift shop, and a cart on one checkout. CIMARA POS is live. CIMARA Ask AI is available.
Marinas
Walk-up fishing trips, fuel, slip, and the ship's store on one checkout — named resource and time, not a generic marine catalog. Boat, kayak, and paddleboard rentals run the same named-resource logic.
Wineries
Vineyard tours and tastings booked together, with the bottle, the case, and gift shop merchandise on the same checkout. Breweries, distilleries, and tasting rooms ring the same flight-and-bottle sale. Online booking via the embeddable Website Commerce component is in active deployment with early customers. Walk-up reservations continue to be made at the counter.
Airport Shops and Concessions
Self-checkout for the pre-flight rush, with concessions and retail on one payment. CIMARA SCO (Self-Checkout/Kiosk) opens lanes where long lines are common.
Fixed-Base Operators
Headsets, snacks, and charts with fuel and a hangar at one package price. One checkout for fuel, hangars, and the pilot shop.
Hospital Gift Shops and Cafeterias
Employees can charge food (cafeteria) and gift shop purchases to an employee account. CIMARA keeps the A/R balance on that account so it can be settled through payroll deduction.
Stadiums and Arenas
CIMARA POS, part of CIMARA Core, sells in the aisle, on the concourse, and at a merch stand. Admission plus suites charged to an account. A ticket with a jersey or a concession voucher at one package price.
Water Parks
A day pass with a towel and lunch at one package price. Cabanas, lockers, and tubes are named units.
Museums, Arts, Cultural and Theatre
Science, history, and children's museums, galleries, and theaters on one checkout. Admission or a dinner package with the shop and concessions. Timed admission sells at the counter.
Golf Pro Shops
A green fee with a polo and a sleeve of balls at one package price. Members charge the account. The beverage cart is the same checkout.
Powersports Rentals
ATV, UTV, jet ski, and snowmobile rentals with goggles and a logo shirt. License scan, the rental contract, and a waiver for each rider.
Bike and E-bike Rentals
A cruiser or e-bike with a lock and a water bottle at one package price. E-bike riders sign a detailed waiver with an age check.
Tour Operators and Guided Tours
A digital waiver for every guest, gear handed out at the staging area, and a souvenir from the shop, at one package price. CIMARA POS keeps selling with no signal.

Digital waivers
- Guests sign a detailed waiver for a jet ski, kayak, ATV, e-bike, ski, or snowboard.
- Digital waivers and rental contracts are available for new clients. Guests can sign on a phone or at the counter.
- The signed record stays on that same checkout.
Reservations and bookings
- Hold a named cart, kayak, site, or tour for a date and a window.
- Online booking via the embeddable Website Commerce component is in active deployment with early customers. Walk-up reservations continue to be made at the counter.
- Walk-up rentals and advance bookings share one occupancy view.
CIMARA ticketing
- Sell timed-entry tickets for a departure, a show, a tour slot, or a session.
- Sell general admission for the gate, the exhibit, or the day on the grounds.
- The admission ticket rings with the rental, the shop, and the food on one payment.
Rentals
- Rent it by the hour or by the season.
- Golf cars, campsites, boat slips, storage units, lockers, hangars, and gear such as kayaks and bikes.
- Short rentals check out at the counter. Long rentals bill monthly or on your schedule.
