CIMARA Rentals
CIMARA Rentals covers the spaces and storage you rent out: golf cars, campsites, boat slips, dry stack and boat storage, camper and RV storage, golf car storage, trailer storage, self-storage units, lockers, and aircraft hangars and tie-downs. It also covers the gear and the space that goes with it: kayaks, paddleboards, bikes and e-bikes, jet skis, pontoons, fishing gear, beach chairs and umbrellas, and cabanas and pavilions. It's one system with one customer record: short rentals check out and back in at the counter, long rentals bill monthly or on your schedule, and the renter can add sunscreen, bait or a T-shirt to the same checkout.

Rentals
Gift shop items and snacks ring on the same checkout as the rental. Add a late or damage charge to the same rental when the unit comes back. Specialized rental software handles the slip or the site. CIMARA also handles the bait shop, the camp store, and the snack bar, so you run one system instead of three.
Digital waivers and contracts: available for new clients. Guests can sign on a phone or at the counter; the signed document stays with the rental record.
Online booking: embeddable Website Commerce component in active deployment with early customers. It adds online booking to your existing site while the core system handles inventory, pricing, and the counter experience.
A golf car can go out by the hour, the day, or the week, and it checks out and back in at the counter. Golf car storage bills monthly or on a recurring schedule, on the same customer record. Sunscreen or a hat rings on that same checkout.
A campsite is a named site with dates, reserved at the counter. Extra person, vehicle, and pet fees can be set up on the site. Camper and RV storage bills on a recurring schedule beside that site, and a golf car or a bike can go on the same stay. Firewood and ice ring with the site at one payment.
A transient slip is by the night. A seasonal or annual slip bills on a recurring schedule under the slip agreement, and dry stack, boat storage, and trailer storage bill the same way. Kayaks and pontoons check out at the dock, and bait or ice can share the ticket.
Camper and RV storage, a self-storage unit, or a locker sits on the same customer record as a short rental. The tenant signs a month-to-month rental agreement, with autopay and a late fee, and the unit bills on a recurring schedule. A T-shirt from the shop can go on that ticket.
Hangar space and tie-downs rent by the night or the month. A monthly hangar or tie-down bills on a recurring schedule, on the same customer record as the pilot shop. A headset or a snack rings on that checkout.
