These terms govern use of the CIMARA website, customer portal, quote process, and SaaS subscription services offered by Frontier Retail, Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered in the Charleston, South Carolina area. Product-specific order forms may add or replace terms.
You must provide accurate business information, protect account credentials, and notify support of suspected unauthorized access. By creating an account or submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to act for the identified organization.
Published pricing applies only to the listed product, quantity, and billing term. Quote-only products are not charged until pricing and scope are agreed. Paid orders may require staff provisioning and connection to a supported company database before the licensed product becomes operational.
Roadmap statements—including season passes, full wine club management, and Essentials floor tools—describe intended direction and are not a purchase commitment unless included in a signed order.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically using the card on file until canceled. The license is limited, revocable, non-transferable, and subject to the selected product, quantity, term, documentation, and the acceptable use section below.
You may not attempt to bypass licensing, security, access controls, or usage limits; reverse engineer protected services except where law prohibits that restriction; interfere with other customers; probe or disrupt the service; or use the service to violate law or someone else’s rights.
You may not present this site, its checkout, or CIMARA products as speaking for another company, and you may not place another company’s logos, badges, or partner marks on a CIMARA page.
You are responsible for authorized access to your systems, supported configurations, accurate company-database information, backups, internet connectivity, users, and lawful handling of data entered into CIMARA products.
Access may be limited or suspended for failed payment, misuse, security risk, legal requirements, or material breach. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. License access is revoked after that period ends.
These pages are written to stay readable on a phone and a desktop, with text that can be resized and links that can be reached from a keyboard. Frontier Retail, Inc. has not had a formal accessibility audit performed and does not claim a certification.

Services and website materials are provided subject to the applicable order and law. Warranty terms, service levels, liability caps, indemnity, governing law, and dispute provisions are those in the signed order.

Authorized partners are not parties to your agreement with Frontier Retail, Inc., merchant, or data controller for this storefront unless a signed order says otherwise. Frontier Retail, Inc. may add authorized partners and resellers in the future.
